"I expected the driver to get out and open the door for me and make sure I fastened my seat belt. I did have a little difficulty opening and closing the door. The driver never left his seat. I barely made it to my appointment on time."

"I HAD 2 PUT THIS AT THE TOP!! CAUTION!! CAUTION!! CAUTION!! IF U HAVE A COMPLAINT AND CALL WENDY THE DISPATCHER SHE MIGHT SHAME YOU UF YOU IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT FREE INSURANCE RIDES! Y do you constantly drop me off and leave my appointments are 10mins long my drop off time is the same as my pick up time! If you drop me off an hour early I'm going to be done and hour early! I'm not the only one they do this with but they wait for certain people I guess ! I gave the drivers the stars they try 2 wait 4 me! No place 2 sit barely any shade its not cool literally the real feels 89°!!! I guess it's time to add on! I wish I could say that everything has changed and their great! But sorry y'all just continue to overbook everyone and the insurance rides are the last 2 b served! I'm supposed to be at my appointment at 4pm it is now 4:02 and the driver is now on the way 15min well it's 30min drive 2 my appointment. Who knows how long it's gonna take 2 get home! Wow they let him stay and wait on me!! The driver was awesome he helped me out and convinced them 2 let him!! So 50min late 2 my appointment tho is still unexceptional! I was lucky I was quick or he would not have been able to stay! 5stars 2 the driver 0 to transportation Here we go again. Already 20 minutes late for my pickup. Called them. They said they have a half an hour window cuz it's raining. No, it's cuz I'm an insurance ride and I'm put aside like always! If they knew about this since yesterday morning you think they would plan on having a ride at the scheduled time but like always they are extremely late! It's usually around 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes this time then called and then they told me a half an hour. Who knows when I'm actually going to get out of here! Oh and it is raining. I'm standing out here waiting for my ride! Apparently an attitude is yelling least that's the excuse they gave for hanging up on me 4 times and once was waiting for her supervisor after trying to say she was the supervisor but Wendy the dispatcher was also shamming me for taking a free insurance rides! Good for her she don't need assistance not an excuse for bullying me! Saying stuff like "shut up poor you having to wait an extra half an hour' and I just couldn't feel more disrespected! You See the owner or supervisor comment on most people's bad reviews but not mine that continue 2 grow! I really wish my insurance would not use this company but I have no say! They finally showed up 50 minutes late from a scheduled pickup time. I just don't understand but what can I do?"

"Anton’s picked us up at 12:55 pm, my son’s dentist appointment was at 2:30 pm 12/7/23 . We had sit and wait over an hour at the dentist office all because Anton’s cab wanted to drop us off way too early before my son’s dentist appointment. My son was getting irritable and agitated sitting and waiting at the dentist’s office for his appointment."
