"Zero stars! I never thought I would have to wait 8 hours for the taxi to pick me up. I should have crawled to where I needed to go. That women who answered the phone was rude. That was after about the 5th attempt when she finally answered. Poor service would be an understatement!"

"Everybody always complains in these reviews, but I am a college student who has used this service many times over the past 4 years and I disagree. I have never had any problems with either of the dispatchers, or any of the drivers, they have all been kind and courteous. This is the only taxi service in Richmond, a city of ~35,000 people, so to me, it stands to reason that sometimes they are too busy to come on short notice. Any time that they were booked up when I called, they have done their best to try and accommodate me. The cars are always clean, and the drivers are always prompt. In my personal opinion, the issues people are having are stemming from them being rude to the dispatcher. This is a small business that gets very busy, and I would not expect any of the employees to put up with verbal abuse over the phone from customers."

"The wait is usually almost 2 hours and there is a dispatcher who is rude and doesn’t care if she loses business. She will make sure you wait for two hours before someone gets to you. Even if they aren’t busy.There is a nice dispatcher but it’s hard to know when she’s on shift.I would not use them if there was any other way to get around. The drivers are okay but that’s all I can say that’s nice about them. I would give them zero stars if I could."

"Absolutely worthless. My elderly father had to go to the ER, and needed to be picked up. (I'm in another state). They were called from the ERand they never came. After 35 minutes of waiting, I called, they finally answered and said they received the call. But they didn't say anything about not having a cab to go out. They were called a third time and then said they did not have a cab to go out. This is not the first time, But it's the last. Thank God for the nice Uber driver, who picked up my 86 yr old father at 9 pm."
