"0 rating apparently the so called manager claims he’s worked there 9 years that didn’t want to let me return an item because he said that he didn’t want to loose his job. first of all it was supposed to be on sale and I got charged full amount ripped the sales sticker off and tried to say that it was opened. I didn’t want the in store credit I wanted my money back instead I’ve decided to never shop at another game stop again…"
"Experience was the worst. Nobody knew what they were doing. Then being almost refused for not showing id to buy a game because I look young? I'm 6` with a full beard and can't buy a game without showing id even though there were other people in there, probably younger than I am, that were not being carded. The manager on duty was rude too as they were cussing out loud in front of other customers and their kids. This place is not kid friendly."

"Normally I'm not a fan of this store normally because most people who work here (mostly temporary workers) don't have the best attitudes, but there's this guy named Anthony and he is legit!! I just got into Pokemon and had no clue what to do, this guy helped me out a lot with what I needed to do. I appreciated it so much and will be coming back just to see him there."
"Nice, big store. Seems nice and clean, and the staff was quick and helpful. Looks like there's a lot to choose fom, both new and used. The console sections were nicely alphabetized, which made them very easy to look through."
