"Wonderful customer service! Definitely recommend all my family calling this store and picking up from here! Always greeted with a smile from Steven, Luke, Dulce and Duncan and have great conversation with them"

"Very disappointed after driving 40 minutes to pick up 5 gallon resilience discontinued paint and quoted a Price over phone for $45 got to store and they tinted it and wanted to charge me $235. Very bad customer service if it was a miscommunication, I called them 3 times. They are going to donate it instead of letting me pay the $45 I was quoted on phone. Very bad customer service in Fairfield Ohio!"

"After waiting in line and ordering paint at home depot. Shopping for 20 minutes through out the store. Returning to the pickup window and while the little girl saw me and continued to wait on new customers, her walking through the aisles grabbing new paint for others. I stood there getting dizzy breathing through a mask. I walked out without my paint and all of the other $150.00 worth of goods in my cart. Crazy because I was one of the top 25 accounts at that particular store. I used to buy a couple thousand dollars worth of paint there a year. Home depot and behr lost a customer. When are they going to hire people again based on their ability and customer satisfaction instead of diversity. Time is money. That is why I switched my commercial business a couple of years ago to Sherwin Williams. At Sherwin I walked right in, no wait because they are fast and efficient as always for every customer. It's a better quality paint. I had only tried to purchase the paint at Home Depot because it was just white of the shelf ceiling paint for my house. Well that experience confirmed why I switched my business to Sherwin Williams a few years ago. I even saved 17 dollars at Sherwin vs Home depot. Thank you Sherwin Williams!"

"I was very pleased with the service I received. The salesman was very helpful in helping me pick out the proper paint for my bathroom. My contractor asked me where I was planning on buying the paint, and I tole him Sherwin-Williams and he was very happy with that. Since we are remodeling our master bath, he told me the salesman would help me get the right paint and he did. He was very polite, kept his mask on and carried my purchase out to my car. He was a nice young gentleman. I would defiantly go back to that store."

"I called the store in Forest Park, Ohio who advised I go to the Fairfield Ohio store because they have a better wall paper selection. Then I go to Fairfield and the representative was nice however the wallpaper binders weren't organized, at all. The rep. Tried to assist me but didn't know which books were for kids, different one for different designs, no price organization, basically nothing. He also directed me to order online for a larger discount than in store. I really think that the discount should be the same as I was in the store, so it would have been easier for me to purchase all my items there. I ended up purchasing some wall paper glue in the store, online for 2 rooms, and went to another store for a cheaper price because I was now searching online. Had I been in the store, I would have spent more. Also there wasn't enough seating/tables to lay the books down. There was another customer there and she took the entire one table for her self. I didn't have space to search, except use the floor or window ledge. Overall the customer service was okay, but everything else made me never really want to shop here again. I was referred by my realtor, so I was excited for my first visit and planned to have my new home painted as well, but now I'll continue my search."
