"Arrived at 1200 to be loaded. It is now 1736 and im still waiting. I was told my load was staged and ready, but thats clearly not the case. Trucks have come in long after me and have been loaded. Theres no rhyme or reason to the absurdity…. The employees here are pleasant though!"

"Edit from review 2 years ago, was previously a 3 star rating because of had to only wait 2 hours to load Got here at 1:30pm today, it is now 6:30 and they're halfway done. Employees seem stressed out and just basically sick of life. Going to avoid this place like the plague in the future"
"What’s the point of having appointments if they dump big time on the time? Any question about ETA will be answered with cringe smile and shoved window, you will be granted with “different” look and treatment if you person of other nationality."
