"My wife and I just bought a dishwasher, washer and a stove from the Airport location within the last month. We have been waiting on our stove to be delivered just to find out they put a forklift fork through our stove and no one even bothered to let us know about the situation or how we wanted to handle it. They told me a lot of “I don’t knows” and also the whole situation seemed shady. Worst customer service ever! We will never buy anything from Lowe’s again, that Airport location has ruined our entire experience and trust for the entire Lowe’s company itself! Good job!!"

"They walked with me to assist me with putting a 5 gallon water jugbin my vehicle because it was heavy for me. It is nice to see that people still hold old fashion values of courtesy, that is hard to find nowadays. They didn't give me a hard time to refund my returned items. These are the type of companies that I take pleasure in shopping at on a regular basis."
"Went in for a small grout flooring project. Was having trouble finding the ready to use grout and sealer for the project. Will [a new associate at the Airport Highway Location] offered to help me without asking, and went above and beyond! Will also helped with getting the tools and equipment for the project too. I would of never known he was a new associate if he would not of mentioned it. He had great energy, a friendly smile, and the eagerness to help! When leaving, I told him I was provided an excellent review on his performance. I hope he finds this posted in his favor and that his management team gives him some extra praise. I will definitely return based off of my experience just today!"
