"FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Tim Baker is a game-player and extremely unprofessional and I will be filing a Class Action lawsuit against him and his "company". I ordered cabinets this summer and tracking them down was nothing shy of a game of "Where's Waldo". They were located 2 hours away (?), finally and received by my contractor. When he went to begin my kitchen (December), we discovered that only a small number of them were assembled (contractor wasn't aware that I paid for this > $2200) and I'm not on the project site. I had to threaten Tim to simply return my call and he did eventually, making 100 excuses and promising to manage this issue and the return of my money. I haven't heard from him since, despite contacting him in every way possible. He is hiding because his company isn't a real "company".... it's a "Mega Reseller" with about four different company names, etc. I will be sending someone directly to OH to find Tim and recoup my lost funds. I own a company myself and I'm a 53 year old professional; I know what good business is and Tim Baker and his fake "company" is nothing but a sham. Go to a real store."

"This company is horrible!! I ordered my cabinets in January 5th, they said turn around was 2-3 weeks since they are just the middle man company all they have to do is ship them out. 6 weeks later I received a partial order. More weeks went by. I would call, email, text and get no response to any of them. Eventually the so call CEO Tim would call me back and tell me lie after lie. One unresolved issue after another, so here we are in Oct and I am still missing 2 trim pieces. The discount I saved on the Chinese cabinets that I put together was no where near worth the aggravation that this project has caused. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company, even though their poor service seems to have caught up with them as the number is disconnected now."

"Awesome customer service, best I have dealt with ANYWHERE! Our new kitchen is AMAZING, we couldn't have asked for better cabinets. I previously ordered from a different company online and was very dissatisfied with the craftsmanship and because after the sale when I needed replacement parts they weren't there for me. "I usually do not feel compelled to write reviews about a company unless I have had a 'above & beyond' experience in which I feel the company should be publically credited for. Distinct Advantage is one of those companies. Not only did I save time shopping for cabinets online but the sales associates I spoke with were so nice and informative that I would never go anywhere else even if the prices with Distinct Advantage were higher then anywhere in the US, I would still go to them. Fortunately, the prices with Distinct Advantage are very, very affordable which is important in todays economy. However, when prices are so affordable you feel that you are forfeiting quality and/or quantity...which is not true with this company. I love my bathroom and kitchen cabinets and shopping for them online has given me a new perspective on online shopping. I was against it and hated it before I was put in the position to where I couldn't leave my house due to illness. Then I started researching companies with the best prices, greatest testimonials, and policies. Getting my cabinets with Distinct Advantage has to be one of the smartest choices I've made for my wallet & home in my entire life...and I am pushing 65!"

"I was really impressed with the quality of the cabinets I ordered for our kitchen. We are renting our home so after getting approval from our landlords to make some improvements to the kitchen, I seeked out a company that was low in price and high in quality and great customer service. A friend of our family referred me to Distinct Advantage. Our kitchen looks AMAZING! I was very impressed especially because the cost of everything was so low that I began to think that something would for sure be lacking either I'm the quality, the product itself, customer service, or the length of time for our merchandise to arrive.
