"Every single time I call your store I can't seem to get assistance in millwork. I get passed around like a game of hot potato. An update on my install and special order items would be nice. The HDApron or whatever that program is called where you speak to someone over a phone to get the service set up is a joke. They don't get back to you. Please get this figured out. I just had the door installed. What a nightmare. Too many issues to say but look at my pics."

"The Staff is so friendly and professional. I even lost my phone inside there and didn't realize it until I was gone and they were closed. The staff was kind enough to look for it and found it. I really appreciate these people. Home Depot is friggin awesome. Thanks guys."

"Love this store. The only bad things is there are hardly any people available for changes. I was very put out that we bought an LED light with fan and the light went out so we went to get a new battery. Apparently you have to buy a whole new fan. Even though the fan is not broken you cannot replace the light.- so dumb"

"Home Depot installation services is garbage! We have not resolved anything! We have been dealing with this incorrect window situation after a year and some months! Finally get a call back from the installers to correct the wrongfully installed windows with the correct "?" ones. After they ordered them it took again months and months for someone dropped them off. In December of 2022 they were supposed to be here at 11 did not arrive until 2 something and told them we had to get our kids from school. They never rescheduled for another day. They said they will be back after the holidays! Christmas came! New Year's 2023 came and went! Now towards the end of March 2023 and still it has not been completed and they do not want to offer any discount or bring any kind of resolve! They want to win a conversation! They do not want to make sure that the customer is satisfied and problem is resolved! We do not recommend Home Depot to anyone if you looking for some installation service. They are horrible and Unprofessional! We would never work with them again! And it's still not rectified! Thee windows are still sitting in our family room it's been sitting in our family room through holidays and day to day sitting. They are stillwrapped up and so we really don't even know if they are the correct windows! We will not open them up until we hear from someone with the right answer to resolve this the right way!!!! Period!"
