"I thought the price was good, but found out fast that you get what you pay for. I put half down and I paid the remainder when the floors were down but transition pieces were not put down yet. I was told they would be back in a few days maybe a week to put my transition pieces down. Three weeks later and multiple unretured calls and being hung up on by the contractor I spoke to thr older gentleman who answers the phone. Unfortunately It took me being rude to get them to finally come back out to finish the job they were paid to do. It took 3 weeks to them back out. After they were "finished" I have no transition piece at my front door and all my closet doors are off because they wouldnt shave a small amount off the bottom of the doors so they could be put back on. I only spoke to the owner 1 time and that was the day we made the deal for the floors. You would think they would have some concern for customer satisfaction, but it doesn't seem like thats very high on there priority list. But hey they got there money and I got a education on paying for somthing before its completed. Priceless!!!!!"
