"I just realized I didn't get a receipt or invoice. I will call & email them! I like my records! My electric dryer stopped working on a Saturday. I phoned the appliance store & they gave me this number. I called, & within half an hour he was here. Very personable, knowledge, kind, and professional. I even learned a tip about the "Auto Sense" cycle. Should be called the "non-sense" cycle. LOL Not using that anymore LOL Anyway, I was pleased & would recommend. ☺️"
"Kevin was very responsive and even though he had a busy day, he came out same day to fix our washer. His price was reasonable and he was very respectful of my home. If I need appliance repair again, I would use these guys. Would recommend!"
"Kevin came out to give me an estimate on my broken dryer. When the estimate was 400, I decided to buy a new dryer and paid him the service fee. I went to my basement that evening to find my dryer in pieces strewn around my washing area blocking my stationary tubs, washer, etc. I was in disbelief. I called and texted but he did not respond. He finally answered to tell me that it was "normal" for the dryer to be left that way and he had never before had a request for the dryer to be put back together. He said it would be easier for the people removing it. I asked him to come out to put it back together anyway. I then changed my mind because I did not care for the way he reacted or spoke to me and I did not feel it was a good idea to have him back in my home. I canceled. Well, my new dryer came today and the delivery men could not take away the old one because it was in pieces. "THANKS Kevin""
"Charged me $106 to screw in a refrigerator light bulb. He was here for 1 minute. I am an elderly disabled veteran and that over priced charge was my grocery money. An elderly man showed up with a kid. No company vehicle no uniform. He looked like he just got out of bed. There was nothing professional about any of this."
"Kevin knew exactly which part he needed to order before coming to fix our washing machine. He worked quickly and got it up and running. A lot cheaper than a new one! Other places I called wouldn't even take the job for "a locking washer"! Highly recommend."
