"My payment was due five days ago. FIVE days ago. My husband is currently hospitalized. I called to tell them what was going on and that I am trying my best to get them paid. I was told I can make a two week payment or they can come get the furniture…THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. When we spoke no one even said anything along the lines of “I hope he’s okay!” They literally just said they’d come get it if I couldn’t pay a two week payment by Friday and hung up. I will continue to use them because I have no choice but after this never again. I am so disappointed. No one genuinely cares about other people anymore."
"When I bought my couch from Mya last year everything was ok payments came out just fine, this year I bought a tv stand that isn’t worth a damn! The door fell off after a week of having it I never made it a big issue but now that I was down to my last TWO payments I tried to make one payment and maya said no because the system is showing one payment which is more than my normal amount so I told her I would have to pay later on then, when I say I have been harassed multiple phone calls a day when she knows I’m at work and showing up to my home multiple times and when I tell her this harassment she says they’re just doing their job, I never thought so low of a company I’m glad the tv stand is paid off and I’m never deal with Rac again !!"
