"I was starting a road trip to see my family for the holiday when at the worst possible time, part of my exhaust came undone on the highway. It was just before Christmas, so I assumed there was going to be no way to get my car fixed, or see my family this year. I called and explained the situation. They graciously offered to look at my car that same day. When I got there, the entire staff was so friendly, and they managed to get me back on the road in a few hours. "This mechanic is HONEST. I had a bad experience with a place that I had been going to for a while. They told me that all of my brakes and rotors and rear calipers needed to be replaced and that it would cost me $1,466. I called Keith and asked for a quote and his prices were WAY better and I noticed all of the good reviews he had, so I scheduled an appointment with him. I was already at NTB getting my breaks checked out for a second opinion when I confirmed my appointment with Keith at Easterling. NTB told me nothing was wrong with my brakes, calipers, or rotors, so I called Keith and told him what they said and that I would like to have him look too and get his opinion because maybe there was something wrong and I didn’t want to take a chance driving. Keith said that he would look and not charge me. I dropped my car off last night and when I talked to him today, He confirmed what NTB said was true, that nothing was wrong with my brakes, rotors, or calipers. He said there was a screw that was leaking a little bit and he cleaned it and tightened it for me. It stopped leaking after that and he did a test drive just to make sure. He didn’t charge me to do any of this even though I asked him if he would like some kind of payment. My car also feels more smooth today when I am driving which is interesting. I told Keith that he has my business now and I will refer my family and friends to go to him too. I almost spent $1500 at the other place, a place that is supposed to have a great reputation, and it would have been a waste of my money. That makes me really angry. That place has forever lost my business. I’m grateful for people like Keith at Easterling brothers who are honest and don’t try to take advantage of people. Thank you Keith for your honesty and integrity. When my brakes, rotors, and calipers really do need to be fixed, as well as anything else, I will be coming to you!"
