"This store's awfully cluttered, small isles the shelves had dust on them as well as the workers this is a very slow family Dollar, avoid this location if possible."

"Today June 20, 2023 I stopped in the store at 2:30 PM. I picked up cat food and got in the line behind a lady that had a lot of stuff. I patiently waited for every item to be scanned when she went to pay she paid with $100 bill, the cashier rudely said we don’t except $100 bills. The customer that was paying for this was extremely upset and mortified. She tried to use her bankcard several times the cashier older lady 2:30 PM on June 20th turned the computer outward for everybody in line to see that she had insufficient funds. I myself was so mortified. I could not even think eventually she got the bank card to go through when it was my turn. I paid for my items and I looked at the cashier and said loudly is it stated in the store that you cannot pay with $100 bill? $50 bill is OK but not $100 bill? I’m sure you can view this with your security tapes. Beyond mortified for the customer in Barberton. Shame on you."

"They have good prices and has a remodel and all the products has moved and changed from October of last year. Since then nothing has changed."

"Store always has issues . Always have to wait in long lines. Prices are always wrong on the tags . They are always randomly closed just like right now. They need to close this store down completely"

"I’ve shopped here a handful of times and I’m happy with my purchases and prices. They seem well stocked compared to other Family Dollar Stores I’ve been to, the store is clean, the cashiers are nice & pleasant and always say hello when you walk in. The store appears to have good management by the way it operates. Keep up the great work Family Dollar."
