"The man I spoke with about paying my payment 2 days late was very rude and forceful wen speaking with him. I was also told my payment would be 40$ more wen I paid. I make my payment in the app 2 days later and the payment was only 10$ more. I feel like he was trying to force me to make my payment on the due date by stating my payment would be so much more for just 2 days after due date. But if you just use the app to pay they are a great company and service to use."

"Great place when you can't pay full price, or your credit is shot, etc. Staff is friendly, place is clean. If anything breaks under normal warranty( meaning not taking care of it/ yourself ,or house comers damaging don't count.) they come fix it, or if they damage they fix it. Never had one rude word from them. Never heard any problems that they couldn't come out, help."
