There shipping is quick. They kept me informed. Pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to my friends/family. Which says a lot."

"I ordered a window from this company assuming it would be fairly straightforward transaction: you advertise a product, I pay for it, then you ship it to me. Ten days out from my order, an online account created, two phone calls that were never responded to, and two emails later, I have yet to hear anything about the shipping status of this window. It is bizarre than any online company can function that way. Beware of using it--wish I had read these reviews before I did."

"This was originally a negative review. I am revising this because I realized that I had missed an email and the miscommunication was on me, so changing my review from 1 star is fair. I am still not impressed with the over all experience that I had so I can not give it 5 stars, but this company did do what they say. Overall I would order from them again. The sipping company they use is really the problem, my problem is that MBS knows about these problems because they knew exactly how to deal with it, as far as knowing exactly what phone extensions for me to use with the shipping company. Meaning MBS has dealt with this many times and still uses this company."

"Because I had a perfectly seamless first time experience with them ordering some parts, I used them again a second time. The second time is where the bad reviews became accurate. They sent me the wrong item and although they quickly created shipping labels on 9/20 for both the return and new delivery, they have only processed the return (which they received on 9/25) but it is currently 9/29 and four days of me calling every morning to ask on the status of my shipment has still resulted in NO movement whatsoever on their end. The answer is persistently, "We'll let the warehouse manager know and it'll be shipped out today. I'll track this progress myself and keep you updated." Shipment is clearly not getting shipped out and no one actually tracking that status as promised. My construction team has been waiting over a week now to close out this job because of this delay. The words coming out of customer service's mouths sound great, but this company's follow through is non-existent. This company is great for competitive pricing on materials, but if you need timely delivery and reliability, I could not in good conscience recommend them."
