"I needed to find some shelving material to add to my wife's closet and had no luck finding material 14 inches wide. Then I got the bright idea to just cut it out of 3/4 by 4 x 8 sheet of veneered plywood. Beautiful and inexpensive. I had the good fortune to call Toledo Plywood and spoke to Diane. To say she was helpful and kind would be a huge understatement. Diane was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without having to transfer me to someone else. Good luck finding that at Lowes or Home Depot. She told me they could fix me up in very short order. So I stopped by with a sketch of what I needed and this very nice guy cut my shelves out of that sheet, $1.00 a cut!! How can you beat that? He had my shelves cut in about 15 minutes and even loaded my vehicle. (I am elderly and need a walker to get around) I had planned on stopping by one of the big box stores to pick up the needed shelf pins but I asked another very pleasant guy if they by chance sold them and they did. I don't mind saying that service like this is hard to come by. It reminded me of what it was like shopping 50 years ago. They sell a lot of things other than just raw wood. Do yourself a favor, before you start your next project, stop by and give them look, you'll be glad you did."

"I was looking for a specific plywood to make shelving for a home renovation and emailed this shop with a question regarding the appearance of their hickory veneer sheets. I didn't want to drive 2.5 hours just to look at it. I emailed them with an inquiry and they responded swiftly the next time they were open with photos of a couple different sheets and an offer to set aside the specific sheets photographed if I liked them and wanted to make sure they were still there. They didn't end up fitting my project unfortunately, but that level of customer service is fantastic and it was far superior to other shops that couldn't get me any information about what the sheets would look like and I'd have to purchase sight-unseen. Next time I'm looking for specialty plywood this will be my first resource! They were so awesome I wanted to leave a review just to praise that interaction, because such help is becoming harder to find these days."

Did not receive what I ordered plus when I was told all my cabinets were in stock and I could get them within a week- the guy lied to get me out the door. So instead of waiting 1 week, I had to wait 2 months! Losing money and pushing other contractors back with work."
