"My daughter and son in law purchased a new home in the Canterbury in Perrysburg and Beacon installed the windows. They have contacted them since August with multiple issues. All issues still not resolved despite multiple attempts. Would not recommend this company."

It’s been three months and multiple technician visits with days off work to hear the same response, “We still need to order parts”. The lack of communication between the company is really frustrating and we still have yet to have resolution."

"Their delivery truck was very large and had a Boom for lifting shingles to the top of my house. After they left I noticed several new cracks in my driveway. As per their request, I had quotes sent to a manager and he implied it would be taken care of. 5 months later it's not. *** As per your request... I emailed you a week ago. NO response."
