"Nice customer service in St Ann. I would like to bring up a few issues with your shelving system. Why are they so thin? They are weak and deform easily. Why did you use super hardend Phillips screws in this application? They shear too easily, seize themselves to the inserts, and strip out when you try to move your shelves. They also destroy your drill bits. The two best methods that I found to reposition shelves are grinding the screw heads off, or stomping on your shelf until the mount hole rips, which happens to be shockingly easy to do. Lastly, they're very noisy and the locking draws come open in transit. Taking all of these to the scrap yard"
