"The store is clean and well stocked, and the service is friendly. It's a small store, so the selection is limited, and ( as in my latest trip there) they don't have everything you may need. What they do have is employees who aren't agitated when you ask questions and who can sometimes suggest another option to help meet your needs. One drawback is that they are noticeably higher in price, more so than our big box hardware store in the area."
"What happened to the days of people going down to help you find something your looking for ?? You and your company costumer base sucks. I asked for help and they pointed me in the right direction but I needed more help and so I went to the paint center and again she did not come with until I asked her a question... then she copped a attitude. I can get more help at Walmart then I can at your small town store... STEP IT UP."
