"The products I've purchased have been good quality. I use their chain saw chains, bee hive equipment and plant their fruit trees. They have a one year warranty on trees, plus I've never had any diseases with these trees."
"I am hopeful for better policies and practices from Family Farm and Home. Recently my father purchased a lawn tractor for almost $3000.00. He only was able to operate it for a very short time. At just about nine hours of operation, it stopped working and needed to be repaired. Ugh!! FFH solution was to send it to one of the service centers. The warranty covered the “repair”. When he went to pick it up today, the lawn tractor stalled as it was loaded onto the trailer and then failed to restart once loaded. Ugh!! Ugh!! This has been extremely frustrating as he hasn’t been able to mom his lawn for three weeks and he has not been promised a date when the repairs will be completed. I am concerned about the confidence and trust regarding the quality of this product. I am hopeful that I will be able to post a review in a short time that details that the tractor has been running as promised. Thank you to the store personnel."
