"Do not use the back yard lumber yard. They accidentally under charged me for 10, 2x4s then wouldn’t let me leave at the gate because they told me I owed them money still. Made me go back to the register, return my lumber and recharged me the correct amount all because they messed up. It was a $10 difference. They never would have happened in the front of the store. The lady at the gate acted like I was stealing something and checked all of my lumber and bags twice. I’ve never felt like a criminal until today. Ridiculous."

"Disgusted that every checkout is self checkout now. Unless you walk clear down to the "pro" desk where the lumber is. Unless youre going to give me a 10-15% discount for doing your job at self checkout i will continue going to the pro desk and holding up your precious contractors"

"Got a wire cutter tool that didn't work, so I had to return it. The people were helpful and courteous. I then decided to go with a power tool- a cordless grinder. Had to wait a long time for someone to come and open them up for purchase. The associate over in tools was Kathy ( what a wonderful associate!) who finally got the tools unlocked for purchase. The woman was overrun with rude people demanding assistance immediately even though she was helping me at the time. I thanked her and paid for my purchase and left. When I went to use it at home, a key piece was missing: the adjusting tool. I was very disappointed that I paid so much for an item and it was incomplete."

"Was good. Great customer service, but you all took my vet discount away because your losing money. Logic the washer and dryer I was looking at is around $1k and they put a $300 discount on it then say sorry to the American vets on there discount because they are losing money on product. Then if your losing so much money that you had to take the military discount away. Why are you discounting them for everyone and losing more money."

"Bought a fridge from the Adrian location and had it shipped to our house. The delivery drivers were super rough with our fridge, they told me immediately after that the handle was broken out of the box and someone would come out to fix it. Waited hours for a call from their customer care for delivery, and they tell us we either get a new fridge or nothing. Which is okay, but they won’t give us a new one the day they pick it up. Instead, they won’t pick up the old one and won’t bring us a new one for another week. Overall, not happy at all. We have a broken fridge taking up space in our house. Given the choice I’d never buy another appliance from Lowe’s because of how bad we were treated. On top of all this, the driver whether it be by accident or on purpose took my tape measure and now I have to wait for his supervisor to get in contact with him, so I can get my property back. Worse purchase and customer service I’ve ever experienced!"
