"I tried to use Mason plumbing. I had a 2-6 time slot. They finally called at 5:30 and said they were running overtime on a job and it would be after 6. At 7 I get a call and am told another 1/2 hour. The office calls at 7:20. They will see if another technician can come. At 7:43, they call back. Nobody available, but my technician should be finished in 15 minutes. I'll leave out 3-4 more calls with false information. I am prepared to allow the guy to come after he calls at 9:23. Says, 15 minutes. At 9:50pm he calls to say I am on my way. TOO LATE!!! Horrible professionalism. Terrible communication and false communication."
"Loved these guys! Answered all of my silly questions and didn't bat an eye. Poor guys struggled with my 20 year old 80 gallon water heater, but didn't complain once, they honestly were impressed by its resilience lol. They showed me two problems areas I didn't know I had with my old water heater, assuring me they were going to remedy those items with the new install. I needed some copper pipe replaced and they happily did it, quick and easy, again no complaints. I was quoted a flat price for my install, haul away, drip tray, taxes, and all in. That is what I paid. I had no surprises! They did excellent work for a great price. I would definitely recommend them again!"
