"The AC compressor went out on my super duty and I took at the Lebanon Ford where are normally go, at repeated calls 11 Ford and they wouldn’t return my call. I finally had to drive up there to talk to the mechanic as a service manager does not know anything about vehicles just scheduling. The Lebanon Ford mechanic told me that once the compressor goes bad and contaminated the whole system in the whole AC unit shop. I took it to the auto medic and they put a new compressor on and had me back on the road 22° Air in one day. We are similar issue with Bob Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon with my wife suburban, once again with that automatic came to the rescue"

"First time visit, but very satisfied. My car was running rough, he looked at it right away. It was a bad wire. He could of said something expensive, so I feel he's trust worthy. Had my car back the next day"

"I brought my car here for rear parking brake pad & hardware replacement. The job *seemed* to be properly done when I was picking up the car. But 1~2 months later I found out: 1) The shop way over-torqued the wheel lug nuts (damaged them) when putting things back. I am now needing to get all new wheel studs and lugnuts for the rear - all 10 of them, and a pain in the neck to replace. 2) The shop wiped-dry my rear caliper guide pins and simply re-inserted them, did not re-grease the pins like shops are suppose to do. (Guide pins are now damaged thanks to that). 3) On one of the rear brake calipers, the shop did not properly torque-down one of the two mounting bracket bolts. One bolt was torqued to spec, but the other bolt was only hand-tightened; that bolt was hand-loose when I was removing it to diagnose strange rotor wear pattern. Maybe due to covid, the shop was short on manpower? Maybe? But still, I left the car there multi-days for them to work on it. There should not have being a rush to slap things back together. This was the first time I took my car to this shop. I think it will be the only one time I do so."

"The guys at Auto Medic lived up to their name and were lifesavers for our family. The battery light for on our Honda Odyssey came on as we were driving down I-71 and (from past experience with a previous Odyssey), I knew that meant that our alternator was dead and we had just a few minutes to exit the highway safely and hopefully make it to a shop who would be able to fix us up and help us get back home to Alabama. In a frantic few minutes where 2 other shops in Mason would not be able to get us in for 2 days, Auto Medic gave us directions and told us they'd be able to get us in right away. As we pulled up, they immediately diagnosed the problem (dead alternator) and got on the phone to find a new one. Traveling with 3 kids and a dog, all of the guys were all super friendly and suggested a few places to go within walking distance to beat the heat (it was 90+ degrees out with a local air quality warning to boot). Then, they went to work on our van, and not only got the part delivered quickly, but had us out the door in under 2 hours. They even recharged our battery while they replaced the alternator to make sure we would be able to continue on our way without any further interruptions. The price was excellent, but the service and the way they took care of our family was next level. If we lived in Mason, we would be Auto Medic customers for life. As it is, we offer a very heartfelt "thank you" to the entire staff for a great job at a great price in great time."

"My family never goes to anyone else ! They provide the two most important things when it comes to a mechanic: trustworthiness/not ripping you off, and their prices are always amazing. I have saved so much money here. Always super friendly! They also get the job so done fast i am always shocked."
