"Chris McClure and his partner Jared provided an estimate after doing demolision on a wall to gain access to the plumbing problem. They did the work cleanly, quietly, and I felt comfortable communicating with them. Chris composed an estimate that I've provided to my insurance. They haven't yet accepted or denied that estimate. Overall I'd ask that Chris and his partner technician revisit my home if I continued service, instead of asking for different people to come out. He did his job well and I felt good about everything."
