"I contacted this company because of the good reviews, but I didn’t have the same experience. Our furnace was out, the gentleman they sent was very nice, but seemed very unsure. He replaced our board, which was $450. After replacing, the furnace still didn’t work. He said we then needed a gas valve which he said would be another $500 or so. He was to call me later that day with the exact amount. When we didn’t heard fr him, we contacted the office and they said he was no longer there. After several calls to them, I was finally able to talk to one of the managers. He came out and said there were many issues with our furnace. At that point, we decided to get a second opinion. The new company came out last night and walked us through all the issues. After speaking with him, we decided we needed to replace our 18 year old furnace. The price he gave us was over half less than what Stevenson had told us a new furnace would be! I’m just frustrated because I feel if we would have had the right diagnosis to start, we could have saved the $450 we spent with Stevenson."
