"Pro could not give us a quote because our refrigerator was too old and new parts are no longer available for it. They can not use used parts and still warranty the job. However Greg was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator and shared his knowledge with us about how we could fix it. And sure enough a used circuit board off ebay did the job. Cost for his visit and knowledge was $100. I always do my own appliance repair but if I ever need someone else I would call them again."
