"The car buying process went as smoothly as it could have, but my car got a ding on the windshield while it was being moved to my dealership. I am not pleased with the way they handled the situation. I had to have SafeLite come to my work to say they couldn't fix it. I had to drive to Columbus (1 hour each way) to take my car to the dealership for a windshield replacement. This is after not hearing from them for months to schedule a replacement. They did it wrong and water was leaking into my car. I would not recommend going to their shop. I felt confident in their ability to replace my windshield because it’s their job, but I guess that was false hope. I'm unhappy with my experience at Germain Subaru."

"They tried to tell me I needed an alignment without even looking at my car. I went in for a simple oil change and was charged 189 dollars for that and a filter. Complete rip off and I won’t be back there for a service again! I love my car I bought from that dealership but their service department is shady."

"Subaru is a perfect example of customer care. Despite the incredibly frustrating experience dealing with my extended warranty company, Subaru never once treated me with anything but sincere courtesy, respect, and most importantly patience. Kirk, the service manager, took care of me the entire time making sure to extend any resource possible so that I was not without a vehicle. I cannot thank him enough nor his team of technicians as they tirelessly have worked with the warranty company. Thank you all for your over the top care and for your professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Germain Subaru of Columbus."

"The Service department was terrific. The first person to inspect the radio asked some questions as to why the touchscreen wasn’t working. However, Chad came from behind the desk, sat in the driver’s seat of my car and immediately diagnosed the problem. Very knowledgable crew and helpful! Will always bring my Subaru Outback here for repair!"
