"It took awhile dropped car off dec 6 got it today, but the insurance company was difficult and m works had issues getting parts in a timely fashion. Overall I'm very happy with the precision of the work itself...they even put on my rear windshield wiper (I left the part in my car) and that wasn't caused by the accident. Make sure to ask for a loaner right away if you don't have another car. Jibril was very patient ...I think the techs did a great job."

"Avoid this shop!! Offer $$ to accept car “as is” after 3 failed attempts to properly fix my car. “I don’t have techs capable of repairing the car to your standards”—Alex. I brought my Kia K5 there after it was rear ended in November of 22. I called a number of shops but they were the only shop that didn’t push me out for weeks before being willing to look at the car. I asked to be called when the estimate was complete. Called multiple times told the estimate wasn’t done over the course of a few weeks. Got a call to come pick up my car, it was “fixed”—issue number 1. I told them not to do any work without my approval. The shop told me I waive my right to approval by using insurance—not true. When I went to pick up my car, I was 30 feet from the car and could see that the trunk lid and tail lights were misaligned. Once I got closer, I could see the drips of paint off the back. Left the car to be redone. 2nd time still not right, 3rd time there were scratches all over the roof where they set stuff down and dragged it across. Took the car to have another shop look at it. They didn’t do have of the welds they were supposed to— but that’s not something you can see until you pull out all the lining and start pulling the car apart again. I put my kid in the backseat of this car and they didn’t make it safe!! It was at this point that I refused to have them work on my car again. In addition, they claimed to have replaced items that they didn’t (but charged my insurance company for new parts). And the car was not repainted to OEM standards —would have been peeling within 6 months. When I called to complain about all the issues and discuss what the other shop told me, Alex offered to pay me to accept the car as it was. He told me that he didn’t have techs capable of repairing the car to my standards. My standard was preloss condition. The insurance company paid them $14K in repairs. Then to have to car fixed correctly the insurance company paid a separate shop another $9k. Beware!! Once a shop starts working on your car others don’t want to touch it. It took 7 months for me to get my car repaired and correct the damage done to my car by M Work."
