"Excellent experience! Lito had the problems with the Refrigerator Compressor Overload and Start Relay diagnosed within 5 minutes (which I had suspected) and, the Refrigerator Temperature Control Thermostat (which I had not) diagnosed in another 10. Within an hour, he had replaced both controls and had everything buttoned up. Two weeks later, everything is still running perfectly. My deepest thanks to Lito's technical knowledge and the whole Sears team for helping me avoid what have could have been a major expense and headache."

"Representative had a bad, unprofessional, and somewhat aggressive attitude that I really didn't appreciate, and further more wanted to charge me the full price ($742.00) without having done ANY repairs! Whether or not this is company policy is irrelevant since no one should have to pay money "UP FRONT" before whatever problem they're having is rectified, otherwise what's the incentive for Sears to complete the job "correctly"?"

"He was very helpful, especially explaining why I needed to renew my service agreement and arranging a time for a technician to fix my oven."

"The technician explained things to me clearly, and in a way that was easy to understand. The technician provided all cost information before proceeding with any work. The technician was courteous, respectful, and professional."
