"Dishwasher is 3 years old, stopped getting hot this guy came out for 1 hour said there is nothing wrong it needs hooked up to hot water, when it’s worked fine previously, not professional do not recommend, all he did was go through wiring diagram writing stars by were it says to hook up to hot water. When in fact dishwashers now and days will heat up the cold water"

"I called for a dryer issue but I was told would not be able to get out to diagnose or fix my dryer until the following week. At 4pm I got a call stating Jim was on the way. He had the problem diagnosed quickly, he cleaned up after himself (actually left it cleaner than it was), he was fast, friendly, reliable, he went out of his way to fix the problem on the first visit, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND APPLIANCE Dr.!!!!!!!!!!!"
