"Technician was fantastic! He was friendly, thorough and However, I called on Friday morning about 11:30 and was told someone would be there within 2 hours; didn’t happen. Waited another hour and called the office again. They said someone would be there by 4:00pm; didn’t happen. Got a call at about 4:30 saying we were next in line. By 6:00pm no one came and I was then told no one could come out anymore that day. I was scheduled for 9:00 on Saturday morning. Technician arrived a little after 10:00am. Once there, he was great. I was very frustrated from being strung along the previous day (Friday) only to be told no one would come. The offered a 10% discount. I asked them to make it 20% and we settled on 15%. I understand why no one could come on Friday. It would have been so much better had they better managed my expectations by being up front with me."
