"He arrived on time, and took numerous photos of the dishwasher. Looked at the part and looked at the problem, blew off my concerns, and stated that the machine wasn’t even on his list on how to repair it. So once again, I took off a day of work For 15 minutes and still nothings been done since July. Yes most of it has been on Lowe’s because they gave the machine that we purchased to someone else and gave us a different model. But there is no excuse for a brand new six day old machine to be broken . And yet now I have to take another day off of work for him to come back and try to repair it. This is not right this is pure injustice."
