"The two buffoons (C and S) who manage this build aren’t equipped to property manage a cardboard box. The apartments are extremely dated and the “amenities ” continued to go downhill and be cheaper during my two year residency here. I would encourage anyone considering living here to look up the company that owns this building - Millennia Housing Mgmt - and the horrible reviews people leave for them and their other properties before signing a lease to these slum lords."

"The building on the outside was nicely kept, BUT when you tour the units. The actual apartments are poorly maintained and dated. The appliances in the kitchen, the whole kitchen, and each bathroom are all original from when they built the building. For $1600-$1900 per month it’s only fair that the apartments should be more Modern and have appliances from this decade."

"I lived here for 3 years, and I’m going to miss this place so much! My experience overall was great! The building is quite, walls and ceilings are thick. Views are incredible. The building is walking distance to both the Lakewood park and Edgewater park. The apartments are clean, and well maintained, and the space feels bigger that it is due to the very large windows in the rooms. Building management is very friendly and responsive and they know the residents by name! Maintenance requests are answered within one day max (there were only few of them, appliances in the apartment are good quality as well) Few cons of the building: 1- no in-unit washer and dryer, but the quality of washers and dryers in the basement is very good 2- windows do not get cleaned from the outside at all! I wish there was a cleaning service to clean the windows once or twice a year, that would make a huge difference. 3- the building was supposed to be smoking free. For the last few months of my stay, new neighbors moved in next door and they smoke marijuana almost daily. The smell of it easily goes to the hallway of the floor, and enters my unit. Since I was planning to leave, I did not report them to management, not sure how management would have responded."

"I've lived here for 2 years. It truly is a community that feels like a home. The managers & employees are so friendly, helpful and kind. Always willing to jump on whatever is needed. The apartments are a good size with great closet space & window light. Obviously, seeing the lake everyday is gorgeous & the swimming pool is great during the summer. The outdoor area behind the building has grills and is awesome to have a few friends by & see the skyline. The community room on the top floor is AWESOME. Floor to ceiling windows, open to all residents 24/7. It's a good mix of community from retired people to college students. I always feel safe & I always feel welcome. AND THERE'S FREE COFFEE. Worth the price if it's doable with your budget. Much love."
