Not bad at all for the price of rent compared the the area, it’s definitely in the edge of Cleveland more or less traffic is my big complaint. Nobody follows the signs with LAWS on them. Someone hit me a month into living here, lazy sob ran right through a stop sign. but hey, $700 rent ain’t bad for the great staff and area."

"Worst apartment ever. Do not live here. Someone broke into the building and stole all the rent checks twice. Then another tenant saw the guy for a third time stealing all the quarters out of the washers and dryers. They never fixed the doors so theres open access for anyone to just walk in. There are only 3 washers for 26 units and 2 of them have been broken for weeks with old dirty water just sitting in them. The prices are way too much for what you actually get. I live on the second floor and from the fourth floor someones dishwasher started leaking and went into my apartment. So i had dirty water leaking onto all my clothes and had to throw them out. Cracked walls and unleveled floors. Save your money! This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in."

"My reviews are always necessary so, please take your time to read. I assure you that I am only taking the time to write this for your sake. Please DO NOT bother with a viewing. This place isn’t conducive for living. I was honestly baffled when I meet a tenant while viewing the apartment because I was genuinely under the impression that no one would live in a place like this and at the price? I was skeptical and honestly a bit frightened throughout the viewing. I lasted maybe 10 minutes because I just couldn’t. Please keep in mind that I am not speaking from a bourgeois lense. I am simply saying that you should please mot waste your time and certainly do not live here. It is not safe."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The building is cheap, you can hear everything inside and outside. They will tow a car without them being there for 15 minutes helping you move some thing. Maintenance never fixes anything.They will come look at some thing and say they will be back and never return. And all of the 5+ years of renting being a travel nurse I have never lived in a worse apartment complex"

"My year lease is up at the end of the month. I've really enjoyed the last year in my apartment at The Edge on Clifton! The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful and any maintenance requests have been taken care of very quickly and professionally. Any issues with other problem tenants have been handled appropriately and resolved. The outside of the buildings and the grounds have improved dramatically in the last year since new management took over. The buildings are old so some issues are expected, but I've never had an issue when a problem arose. The parking options available are pretty good considering we are in Lakewood. The tow trucks consistently patrol the lot for cars with no passes. My car was towed after being parked in the lot for only a few minutes after 8:00 instead of in my garage where I belonged. I would stay another year if I wasn't switching to a house."
