"I currently live in the Guernsey Building. I've had multiple issues with the heating over the winter where I have no or inadequate heat for days to weeks at a time. I've had to put in multiple maintenance requests every time it's happened. There was just someone out today to fix one issue, and less than 4 hours later. There's a new problem where the heat is shutting itself off with an error for extended periods of time. This exact error has already been an issue twice before."

"Staff is very unfriendly! Scheduled a tour. The confirmation email I was sent showed a different address and wasn't specified that that was the leasing office and that's where you have to meet and they will have you follow them over to the locations you want to see. So I was a few minutes late once I got to the leasing office. We were shown two apartments and requested to see a third apartment since they have multiple locations and Debbie said we had taken too much time. Our appointment time was 2:30 and it was 3:03 when we left. I guess 30 minutes is too much to give a future tenant. All the fees are outrageous we will gladly take our business elsewhere!!!!!!! If they're not friendly when they're trying to get you to sign the lease how do you think they'll be if you have any problems?? Very disappointing! The apartments themselves have been renovated nicely really wanted to see the largest of the three."

"I lived in a convertible 1 bedroom in the Silver building from 2020-2021. The location and unit were great, especially for the price, and with in-unit laundry. It was remodeled before I moved in and had built in closet space in the bedroom and bathroom, nice dark wood floors and open shelving in the kitchen. It had big east facing windows so I got tons of natural light in the morning. Never had problems with management, and only had to have maintenance come once right when I moved in but they responded to my email right away and came the next day. The only issue I ever had was loud upstairs neighbors who would scream at their dog in the hallway so hopefully they've moved. Overall it was a good renting experience and I thought the apartment was super cute. If I moved back to Ohio I would live here again."

"I moved into The Silver last spring and have had a wonderful experience in my new apartment. I love the updated appliances and cabinetry. Though my unit is a small one bedroom, it is very well designed and has a spacious feel. The residents are friendly and quiet. Everyone in the management office has been delightful to work with. I have contacted the maintenance department twice; once to report a beeping smoke detector and once to replace a missing screen in my window. Both issues were dealt with immediately and I was notified when work was completed. Fred, our maintenance man, even replaced another screen that had a small hole because he took the time to check and see if that work was needed. I greatly appreciate this initiative. Michelle, Michelle, and Taylor in the management office are very pleasant and helpful. I am so happy to be living in the Lakewood community and love my new place."
