"Sun 1/29/23 After calling the emergency line on Saturday. I was able to get ahold of someone and they came out on Sunday to fix the problem. I’m really appreciative of Dave. He communicated what needed to be done to fix the problem and fixed it within 24 hours!!! I would give more stars, but the management did not do a good job. 10/10 for Dave, 0/10 for management Sat 1/28/2023 I have tried to contact someone to fix a problem in the apartment several times now. The leasing office did not answer when I called, however there was someone in the office when I went in person. On Thursday 1/26/23 my shower handle broke, and could not turn off. The shower has been running since Thursday around 1pm and I am writing this on Saturday at 7pm. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I gave the maintenance man my number to call me back and have not received a call from them or the leasing office. I started the lease in November and am now counting down the days until it ends! You would think they would care especially if I play a flat rate on the water!! I submitted a maintenance request online, after reviewing my leasing documents. I wish someone would’ve told me to submit a request to begin with! I spoke with two employees and neither told me to submit a request!!n"
