"Ive been here 2+ years. The apartment itself and repairs are easily made. My upstairs neighbor is young, and isn't used to watching the heavy footsteps. I don't know how to approach them about that. They offer automatic rent payment with debit card. They have an outdoor pool. I like it. My only concern is if the rent increases another 100.00 dollars next year, I will be forced to move, a disability income. They fixed my ant problem. All is well on the homefront!"

"Iv lived here going on 3 years and Iv enjoyed living here but am starting to look for new apartments. The first 2 years of living here were great I had good neighbors who I barley ever heard. But within the past couple of months there has been non stop fighting in the hallways by teenagers. Screaming and physically fighting on a daily basis. I have called leasing Office on multiple occasions because it states in the lease that your peace shouldn’t be disturbed by other tenets. All that’s been done is letters in the door which I’m sure the young children take off the door before their parents get home. I am sad that I have to start looking for other apartments because I have enjoyed my stay here, but I work 7 days a week and don’t have time for the loud noises."

"I’ve been here for nearly four months now and I am completely miserable. My neighbor below plays their music completely too loud at times. I’ve have documented and showed/talked to the leasing office managers and nothing has been done. The apartment itself is fine. I have no complaint about this. My rating is for the leasing office/ management. The management office only care about their existing tenants. I was told since the people below me were “long term tenants” that nothing can be done. When my time to move is near you can best believe I will be high tailing it out of here. I feel disrespected and not valued at this residence. I don’t pay rent to listen to someone else’s music, especially when they are breaking a rule in their lease. I value my time and money and feel as if it is being wasted here at Lakewood club apartments."
