"I love this property, I love the management. I have lived here twice, in 2007/8 and 2020-22, and would move back in a heartbeat. Well kept, very secure building. The on site managers, Holly and Caroline are *the* two nicest people you could meet anywhere in life. They are kind, patient, and make you feel more than valued. Truly. They give individual attention to each tenant, they never ever brush anyone off or put them on the back burner, I really can't emphasize enough that they are the epitome of first class service. Maintenance responds same day, even on long holiday weekends. They even sat and rebuilt my air conditioner motor one day - and mind you there are multiple air conditioners registers in the apartment, it wasn't like I was without air. Everything that maintenance does, again it makes you feel valued and cared for as a tenant. They've really created a wonderful environment to live in at the Imperial House. You can't beat the large units, huge windows, balconies with beautiful views of the lake, the pool - renting here will spoil you for all other buildings in the greater Cleveland area."
"Called to inquire about a two bedroom unit, Poor Personalism. The woman who answered the phone was very dismissive, no greeting! Inquired about two units I seen online and I couldn’t get a word out my mouth before she dismissed any inquiries I had. Will take my money elsewhere!"
"Loved view and all the things we did as a community. Community events, dinners. It is a very diverse place and I really just enjoyed everything about the Imperial House."
"In June I will have been at Imperial House for one year. Holly is a great Property Manager and Matt and Larry are the best when it comes to taking care of the property and all maintenance issues. Katerina does an excellent job with the buildings cleanliness and Caroline is a wonderful new addition to the office staff. I just signed my lease renewal offer and am looking forward to a lengthy stay in my new apartment home. The management company spared no expense with all of the amazing renovations and improvements. If you are looking for an apartment in Lakewood, Imperial House will be tough to beat."
