"This is a very bad apartment we had lots of issues with the office Meatnice and staff. When ever we would call the office no one would answer or they would be so rude to us, we had asked them to change our carpet for ten years and no one would do anything the apartment is so so so dirty some people even had bedbugs and mice in their apartment when they would come and take a look at how clean everything is they would make us take everything out of the closet and they wouldn’t do anything, my car was perfectly parked in the garage and they towed it I am so happy to move next month to the Edgewater condos"

"Michael Towers was an outstanding place to live, I would have stayed forever, but ended up buying something. Clean, quiet, and constantly updated! If there is a problem in your unit, it is promptly taken care of. Temperature controlled indoor parking spots are amazing! Balconies and views of the lake make it a small piece of paradise too!! Let me stress this part also...it's super QUIET!! Once you shut the door to your unit, you will not hear anything from outside of any of your walls!! You're going to love it here, I assure you!"

"I lived here for a year, I gave 650 dollars as a deposit and when the apartment was delivered I had many problems with maintenance, the bathroom pipes were clogged and I had to take a bucket and get the water out of the bathtub when I took a shower, I reported that and they told me that it was not urgent and they took 5 or 6 days to fix it and i had my wife pregnant, I reported that the closet doors had defects and they never fixed it, the stove always broke down and we had to buy an electric one because they took 4 days to fix it, but when I moved out of the apartment they charged me for the closet doors and they said I damaged them, They stole my money, the deposit they said I gave 299 dollars as a deposit when it was not like that I gave 650 and I have proof of the contract, they just want to steal your money, the maintenance is useless, do not move here. DONT MOVE HERE SHE GONNA STEAL YOUR MONEY"

"Moved in July of 2018 after relocating to Cleveland. Management was incredibly helpful and accommodating on short notice to find me the right space. The apartment was exactly what I needed and perfectly situated for my commutes in opposite directions. The space was immaculate when I moved in. Maintenance truly cares and responds timely to any issue large or small, they’re also proactive with upgrades- which’s a fine quality. I give the space and the team 5 stars!!!"

"Could not schudule time to veiw unit. They would not accept me sending an arbiter to lolk on my behalf an allow internet live stram showing the unit via skype to me an using smart phones. Could not do business. This office phone numbervlinked to a newjersy scam"
