"Place is a joke management has no clue and doesn't do anything. The maintenance staff isn't very good it's better not to call unless you want sloppy work. The manager hides in her office and does nothing if something happens around here. They give their exterminator keys to your apartment to spray for bugs they come in no matter if your home or not without notice."

"They have two signs out saying they have rooms available but every time I call they tell me they don’t????? Like honestly are you false advertising?? Take you’re signs down if you don’t have any available….."

"I love living here. It's very convenient if u need something at the store. U have Dollar Tree almost in ur back yard, and gas stations not even a mile down the road. It also has its own laundromat,but it closes at 7pm. The management is the best. She always has a smile on her face and willing to help u anyway she can. Very good about fixing things when there is a problem. And as for the neighbors for the most part they keep to their selves. Not so kid friendly though. There is 52 Apts here and only 6 little kids live here."

"I lived in a one bedroom from May 2017 to December 2017. It was my first apartment. Price was affordable, I could my laundry on site, and the complex manager responded very quickly when I needed anything. I would still be living there if a job opportunity hadn’t taken me elsewhere. The neighborhood was quiet, plus it has a great location."

"These are fairly good apartments considering the general area they're in. I know a couple apartments have been driven down in quality by some people, especially smokers, but the ones that aren't as nice as the others are still pretty awesome. Mine was sparkling clean when I first moved in. As in, I was immediately sold on the one bedroom, even though I was looking for a studio at the time. The apartment complex offers studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. The sizing is pretty great. I haven't seen the two bedroom apartments, or even a studio, but from the looks of it, they're all proportionally large. My living room is pretty big, imo. Dunno what to do with it. The apartment complex offers cable through a bundle plan with Time Warner, but internet isn't included. They also add on a 34/month price if you want the cable. However, you don't actually need that. I bought some nice cable internet through Time Warner for 27/month and they just plugged in the cable. Apparently the cable isn't supposed to be unplugged so if you do move here, you don't actually need to pay the 34/month for cable TV. If management asks, just say you use internet. They can't inquire further and won't charge you. Neighbours are mostly quiet, almost everyone keeps to themselves. When I have interacted with people it's only been nice. No one seems to have any problems with anyone. There's usually enough parking, and there are two dumpsters at the end of the parking lot. And there are pretty girls in the management, so that's good. They have a laundry room next to the apartment management, but I don't use it. I just use a friend's. Can't think of anything else. Any questions are great."
