"The management is terrible. The room service is almost nonexistent, the tiny Indian girl is such a lost airhead it’s ridiculous. Good luck getting any towels. To top it all off they will screw you over if you leave town early on your booking, she told me it was refundable to my face and a complete different answer over the phone 300miles away.(SCAM). Three of my coworkers had worst if not the same experience as me while staying there eight weeks."

"Only stayed here because I had a decent experience in the Quality Inn located in Wheelersburg, and was hoping for the same experience for a better price. This place was just awful. They gave me dirty keys. I promptly cleaned when I got to my room. Duvet was dirty and removed from bedding. Went to look outside and realized window was open?! I’m on the first floor! Not only is it cold, but break-ins? Also no curtains to open blackout curtains for privacy. I guess they were just ripped out of the window? Room was dirty. Staff didn’t understand English well."

"The front desk guy was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. All the staff members are so friendly. Breakfast was so delicious, such a great variety and all the food was kept well stocked through the breakfast hours. The heated pool was fabulous, and the perfect relaxing ending for the day. The room was so clean and comfortable, housekeeping also does a phenomenal job. I will definitely be staying here again."
