"3/12/22-Very nice pool area and a good location in proximity to restaurants and the local community. The staff if nice and helpful. Only thing i would love to see here would be a full update, its a little out dated. The rooms and lobby are clean and well kept. 2/21/24- Entire hotel is in dire need if update, things are really showing wear and tear, wierd smells everywhere, ceiling tiles and carpets are stained. The staff did say they were starting a full renovation we will see how it goes"
"At this point, I've stayed at this hotel a few time now. The hotel is located near a customer I visit in the area. Last time I was hosted, I forgot my cpap machine in my room, checked out and went on my way. When I got home that night and realized what I had done, I called the front office to help me locate my machine. The staff couldn't be any friendlier and helpful to me. They called me back the next morning and made sure they put my machine in a box and send it back to me. Above and beyond!!!"
"I can not say enough good things, everything about this hotel is amazing. Staff' is awesome polite. Rooms clean the indoor pool is set up like an island. The restaurant attached has amazing food!"
"Staff was very nice and rooms were clean. Please fix the hot tub! We have stayed here a few times and the hot tub is still broken."
"Visited family over 4th of July. This location is perfect for staying in Portsmouth. It met our basic needs. The rooms would benefit from having USB ports. The pool is very nice and staff were friendly. The hotel is pet-friendly which is a bonus for us. The dog park directly across the street was very convenient."
