"Terrible property manager, very rude and inconsiderate on phone talking to tenants any way she wants, coming up with missing payments even when u have all rent receipts, then accepts a cash payment too give another 3 weeks before eviction, had came too a friend's too fix there maintenance problems, tenets have too wait for emergency maintenance for a week or more, bathroom overflowing an water shooting out of your bathtub from washer downstairs but it's not a emergency, roaches an bugs is your problem even if they didn't come from your apt they do not spray....! Strongly suggest this company as a last resort or only option especially when it comes too the property an manager at Kent st apts"
"the electricity is going out in one wall (probably because the roaches have started nesting in the outlets) they don't provide heat until hypothermia sets in, multiple tenants including myself have complained about the roaches, telling them exactly what needs done (fumigate every building at the same time) but they decided someone barely spraying once a month (if you're lucky) is enough."
"I live here at Kent street I parked in a handicap spot because I had to run something of my sons memory stuff up stairs so it didn’t get ruined from the rain. Then I get a call the next day saying if I don’t call them back I will get a 30 day notice. So I call them and I tired to tell them I was running my son that passed away stuff up stairs she told me she don’t care if it happens again I will be kicked up just down right rude and disrespectful do not move here"
"Worst apartment.. Staff is rude and down right disrespectful and they are filled with roaches.. I don't recommend this place at all.. Even most the neighbors you get are loud and rude."
