"Didn't enter there were lots of people hanging outside, laying in grass, loud music, adult beverages great place for adults not so much children, cars driving fast in and out. Hey no judgements everyone needs a place to live. I would live there!"

"I have been living here since February of 2018 and I have watched many tenants come and go and continued to wonder why, but I now see this a horrible place to live the property management and maintenance team lie about completing work order and nothing in the apartment was really replaced. I remember when I first came to see the apartment Mike told me that he had the counter tops in my apartment painted instead of replaced and he failed to mention that the rent is one price but you share your sewer utilities with your neighbors so if they run water like crazy your bills are expensive and the bugs ( Omg!!!!!) I have had roaches and spiders in my apartment never had them before I moved here and plus all of my furniture was brand new so it was infested before I moved in and Mike never said a word and the hallways are constantly filled with trash and smells horrible I never really have company over because of it anymore and I can go on and on but I am just ready to move now it’s getting worse and to the property manager please don’t reply I have made several attempts to come talk to you about your actions and this apartment and you never answer the phone or door and you be right in the office. I am just ready to move!!!! The pictures was of my stove it took the nearly a month to get me a new one but I paid my rent each mont on time the white stuff came out of drain after o asked the maintenance guy to make sure all of the bath plumbing was fixed after my toilet flooded the second day that I was here. This place disgusts me!"

"U don't want to know... I wish I would have read the reviews before I moved in, so true. I don't stay here much cause I have anxiety about the roaches crawling on me. I also have to sleep with the lights on because they come out at night time. I'm a very clean person and never had to live with them. They do come in and spray often, but it don't help. I wish I would have paid the extra $45 to get a piece of mind to live in apartments across the street. It's pretty embarrassing when you have company over and you see roaches crawling across the table. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels like this. Counting down until lease is up. I am thankful I have a roof over my head. I feel that they went too much rent with too many problems."
