"The 2810 Stratford apartments are a fairly new place to live in Clifton. The location is great, it is so close to the DAAP/engineering side of campus and it is on the safer side of the campus as well. The building has on site parking (for an additional fee), as well as a workout room, and two outdoor decks. The landlords are fairly hands off- which is fine for the most part since the building is new and does not have a ton of issues. My only complaints would be the expensive cost of parking, although that is pretty standard for Clifton, and the fact that laundry is not in-unit and requires the use of coins. Overall, the apartments are a good size, and in great condition!"
"2810 stratford is a very nice place to live, very close to campus, especially for daap students. The landlords are attentive to and prompt with requests made by tenants with any mechanical or service issues that arise, safety concerns, and the coordination of subleases for co-op semesters. They take security very seriously and are very organized in the process of applying to and coordinating moving into the apartments."

"I had a decent experience. Rent is overpriced for what you get in my opinion. Carpet in the hallways seem be worn out. Cheesy/bad decorations throughout the building. Have to pay to use laundry machines. The dryers do not fully dry your clothes. Limited parking spaces. Look elsewhere. Plenty of other places to stay at that are just as nice and a lot cheaper."
"Do not live here. I had a horrible experience living here and I would not recommend it to anyone. The rent is way over priced for what you get and you will never get your security deposit back because all they want is your money. I felt like I was being scammed as soon as I moved in. There are much cheaper and nicer places to live in Clifton. Look elsewhere. (posting from my friend's account to remain anonymous)"
