"Idiots are breaking into cars left and right at this property for some reason and NO ONE DOES A THING ABOUT IT! They have all these cameras on the property and still no solution! So If you have a car that you want smashed and broken into move here, if not DO NOT! You've been warned! The place is overpriced, has roaches, rats, bed bugs and is not worth it."

"STAY CLEARRR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!! 1. They have cockroaches and bedbugs and won’t do anything about it and act like you brought them there 2. Office management doesn’t handle situations well and vapes in the office! 3. Ceilings are moldy and falling, rats are here in the winter 4 They are money hungry, maintenance don’t fix anything and when you move out your charged with damage fees 5. Laundry room floods, your bathtub will flood, they shut water off for 3 hours and do that more than 2x a week 6 Packages get stolen, elevator gets stuck 7. Trash by dumpsters, dogs barking and poop everywhere, cheap flooring 8. Floods with pee and sometimes brown water in tub SO TRIFLIN AND DISGUSTING FOR MY FIRST APARTMENT AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR THE LIVING CONDITIONS !!"

"When gas light owned the building it wasn't too bad. But after a strategy took over they were rude they were nasty they told you straight up they wanted you to move out. I lived there two years under gaslight properties and 2 months under a strategy. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to move in there."

"The landlord and management of this place is just awful and the best part is they have roaches! They charge hundreds a month for a pet like they can pay rent and the prices are overpriced. This place isn't even that nice or worth it. Save your time and money and don't move in"

"Ugh where do I start?! -There is a serious Mold and Roach problem in the building, I went through 4 cans of raid a week just to keep my apartment as roach free as possible -We went without water for 2 weeks straight, they opened up one unit across the street for all 100+ people to take turns showering in, but you had to schedule a time and date! Then, when the water came back on we got a lousy $25 gift card to Krogers, and still had to pay the full predetermined amount on the water bill! -The pool is nasty for most of the summer too, they clean it up real nicely in the beginning then it’s neglected for the rest! -When I moved out, they tried to double the $50 we pay on utilities! I only gave them half and they chased me down with a debt collector! And they kept my security deposit over damages I tried getting them to fix for months! (AC broke, Toilet chain messed up, flooring coming up! Etc etc) -The building stinks! Really freaking bad, to the point it’s insufferable the moment the front door opens -I was accused of having a barking dog when I went to work, and they kept charging me for the noise. My dog isn’t home when I’m at work, she goes to doggy daycare!! -There was fecal matter all over the stairs for 3 weeks!! A ceiling tile collapsed under the moisture build up in the hallway and fell on me!! It didn’t get cleaned up for over a month!!"
