"Had a urgent toilet and sink issue. Put in a online request in the am before the office opened. My issue was not only addressed but fixed within 30 minutes of the office opening. Kevin always goes above and beyond. He is always so professional, helpful and Courteous. So very much appreciated."
"Apartments are spacious, but a couple of buildings are sliding down the mud hill behind the apartments. Also my apartment flooded and mildewed my carpets, my hall closet and all the contents. The office staff and maintenance are nice people. I've never had a problem with them and vice versa."
"I haven't fully moved in yet but the Landlord and Lady that run this place have been nothing but professional and a real pleasure to work with. The apartments themselves based on size, quality and security are a fricken steal! If you're looking for a nice spacious place to live without spending all your paycheck look no further!"
"Worst place I've ever lived. Buildings infested with huge ants and stink bugs all year round. I was on the top floor and had leaks in my roof that lasted months and months. Land Lord refused to hire a professional and did the roof work himself. I had to sleep on my couch for two months because of the multiple leaks in my bedroom. They leaks in the living room were none stop and never fixed. He'd claim to fix it but days later it would start up again. When I had people over, the Land Lord would harass my guests when they would park in guest parking area. Even when I was moving out, he was approaching the people helping me move and threatening to call the police. And the real kicker! He charged me and my roommate $1,000 to clean the carpet. Even after we paid a $300 new carpet deposit. He could have put new carpet down for $300. This place is ran by a greedy slum Lord that will fine you for any thing and every thing. Do not move in!!!"
