"Really very disappointed and it's not worth the money at all. If you wish to reside here, be ready to coexist with roaches and mice. No matter how frequently we alert management, nothing changes. They will tell you to keep the food off the counter tops and everything but the real question is how in the world the mice are getting into the apartments. If there is something that need to be done to keep the mice away then do it, don't simply blame that on the residents. If we go ahead and ask them the same question they simple will say we will do something but nothinf will be done. They will take care of the bug problem, but it wasn't very effective. They will charge you $50 for some sort of inspection, but they won't actually explain what they cost you for. They just add it to your monthly bill, and since we have to investigate the issue, it really isn't fair if you don't notify us as soon as you discover a problem. There is essentially no security for the automobiles in the neighborhood, and windows are damaged and cars are stolen. Prepare to live with mice and roaches if you want to live here. Although the maintenance crew normally replies right away, there are occasionally delays."

"So my girlfriend & roommate sadly signed a one year lease here in 2022. We spent 13 months being infested with mice. No matter how many times they send pest control, they never left…. For a whole year. We were told to keep the apartment clean… my apartment is almost spotless due to my OCD. We dealt with mice multiple times. We had numerous leaks, kitchen get poured in on a 2:30am on a Tuesday night. My parking spot I paid $30 a month for was covered by a massive dumpster & they never helped get me a new spot after. Had 5k worth of work items & my catilyc converter stolen. When the police came by they told me they were there 3 times a week for car break ins & that the complex still hadn’t put cameras up and around. (Nothing changed as of June 2023). And given it was downtown Cincinnati, the complex is on the edge of the west side of cincy. Hearing gun shots was not unusual. All in all, terrible, terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend you send your daughters here, don’t lease yourself here, and don’t pay their outrageous prices to get screwed for a year +"

"Management is great with reaching back out when you have an issue. The maintenance team is great we have dogs and are both professionals who work during the day if they need to access the unit while we are away they are very considerate of them when they answer. Valeria and the gentleman who is over rent payments/ the financials are both amazing and always have a great attitude about their work and helping tenants. The pool is amazing and clean. It’s nice that the units that don’t have a washer/ dryer in unit, have the option of doing it on the same floor. We love the option of being able to pay through our phones and know when the laundry is done without having to leave our apartment. The only improvements we can really think of to make the experience even better would be if the key fob we are given worked for the package room instead of getting a code. Some carriers use the package room correctly and you get a code while others don’t making you have to go through additional steps. Overall it has been a positive experience here at The Heights."

"I lived here for about 2 months in total. The first month was filled with a cockroach infestation and multiple mice rummaging through my dogs food in the middle of the night. I was a frequent at the front desk, and always got the same answer, “we will have the exterminator put you on the list” - they would only come out once a week. The cockroaches would live in the kitchen and essentially run my everyday life because I was constantly looking for them. So I had to take matters into my own hands and bomb the apartment myself, and even that couldn’t have helped the infestation. I was able to get a one on one with the apartment manager, just for her to tell me that I need to “keep everything clean” and “make sure I don’t leave water out”. Giving me tips on how to “control the infestation”. Instead of just fixing it all together. Moral of the story. Nothing ever got resolved, the place is trashed and if you want to deal with mice and cockroaches on the daily, this is the place for you."
