"If i could get out of my lease and afford to move again I would. I looked at an apt, Leslie (who claims to be in charge) showed me around and the apt I looked at was fine. Long story short.. The office does not communicate with each other at all and they don't communicate with the tenants. I did a walk through of my apt and it was not ready, luckily i wasn't moving for a week. I told them the issues with the carpet being dirty and the garbage scattered in the back yard (i have a bottom floor) as if the neighbor is just throwing their trash out their door. They said they'd have it fixed. Week later, only thing they did was put the closet door up and put a screen in the window. We found old cat poop in one of the bedrooms and the living room smelled like cat pee. Garbage is still in the back and worse at that point. I complained and they said the carpet had been clean and asked what i wanted them to do about it. Fix it! I've been here 12 days now and garbage is just piling up back there (leslie says the neighbors have been there awhile and they haven't had an issue so it can't be them) i called Monday about the garbage again and she said she would have it cleaned up and it is friday and still nothing. Carpet still hasn't been replaced. This whole place is trash. The neighbors all seem fine but for what they charge to stay there you'd be better off somewhere else. I hope this reaches upper management somehow since they won't allow us to talk to anyone else."

"Very nice apartments i have a 2 bedroom with me and my 1 year old son, no violence over here what so ever I can sit in my car and not worry. Very nice laid out apartments had one of the not so upgraded apartments at first but was still very nice then an incident happened and was moved that same night into a upgraded apartment and I absolutely love it (make sure to keep your renters insurance). No loud noise just little kids here and there or people playing music in their apartments (only during the day). No one hangs outside, very respectable area. Only problem is the office hardly ever picks up but I just go up to the office instead. Other than that I highly recommend."

"Idk what building the others live in but my building isn't bad. Yeah people have kids but if that's an issue, buy a house. Anyway, my apartment is and has always been bug free. I live on the very top floor 2 bedroom 1.5 bath upgrade. Been here about seven months now. The one comment about gun is not 100% true. You can tell that they are nowhere near the apartment and you don't hear them often. I recommend it . they do need a pool or something though."

"Nice before we were bought out (isn't that how it always goes) nice apartment though, no bugs whatsoever. Maybe a centipede every now and then but I'm on the bottom floor. Half the mailboxes don't shut, kids run up to you begging for money, maintenance takes a week to complete the work order, no lines in the parking lot, bad ass kids playing near my patio as I type this, noisiest neighbors I've ever had, rents going up... This place isn't worth it.. Oh yeah by the way, if you want to move and your LEASE IS UP, you have to put in a 60 day not 30 day notice"

"Bed bugs!!! No one should move here ever. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any apartment complex. I can't wait to finish my lease so I can move. Don't move here!!! The staff doesn't do much assist. I was in my apartment for less than a month and began to have issues with bed bugs. Nothing has been done about it and the staff is unwilling to help. Do not live here. This is the worst decision I ever made!! Bugs bugs and more bugs. Loose dogs, loud neighbors, uneven pavement, no swimming pools, laundry facilities are horrible. The WORST!!!"
