"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! There's serious structural damage—my ceiling has a hole from poor plumbing. Water gets cut off monthly due to old pipes they won't replace. You're stuck paying for unreliable Spectrum community wifi, which requires a service tech for a simple reboot. And the leasing office staff? Don't even get me started—they're incredibly rude. And they don’t know how to use email for some odd reason they can’t go back 3 months in their emails to show proof of so called notifications they sent you. AND THE PRICES FOR WHAT YOU GET IS UNEXPLAINABLE 1038 for a 1BEDROOM APARTMENT HERE THEY WON’T UPDATE MY UNIT IVE BEEN HERE SINCE MAY OF 2019 but they keep increasing my rent."

"Very quiet, peaceful, I have a great view of the woods rent office assistant are very helpful and understanding I've been living here for 5 yrs and I love it here .. they're doing the best they can in order to improve the apartments... I just wish they would pull all the carpet in my apartment"

"I lived here for 3 years and it was terrible. There were red flags from the start but I needed a place to live so I ignored them. Luckily I am out of there and never been happier. They do not give adequate notice for things. They inconvenienced us in every way they could. The parking lot is ALWAYS filthy. Dogs should not be allowed in these apartments because their owners do not know how to clean up after them. They try to clean it but it’ll never stay clean. The actual unit itself isn’t so bad as long as you don’t have neighbors across the hall yelling at all times. Maintenance was decent when we were there, usually a problem would be fixed almost immediately. Kathy is nice. She was always helpful. Stacey is rude and that’s a shame because I believe she may be the manager there now. They have a few good reviews, I’m pretty sure those are faked. Regardless, I’ve been out of there for months and have been looking forward to giving this 1 star review for a long time now. Try to avoid this place if you can, our last trip there to get stuff and drop our keys off, another resident told us how downhill everything was going, which is pretty sad considering how it was already at the bottom of the hill."

"HORRIBLE. my little sister lives here and they have refused to fix the roof. It’s been months. She has a leaking roof and bees entering her apartment due to the neglect from office staff. Also BLACK MOLD. Do not move here. We are currently in process to call the health department on them. I am so upset they can allow conditions like this on their tenants."

"It’s a positive residential for the most part. Everyone keep to themselves, management very helpful and understanding. any issues or problems I’ve had, always been dealt with and handled in a timely manner. Great place! To say if you ask me."
